Situated on Ebury Bridge Road in the heart of Belgravia is Loveday Belgravia, a brand new state-of-the-art private senior living members club, offering specialist nursing and dementia care.
Located on a former petrol station site adjacent to the luxurious Chelsea Barracks residential development, the site was acquired by Loveday (Belgravia) Limited and planning approval granted for a six-storey (plus basement) residence with 44 en-suite bedrooms.
Facilities within the property include several lounges, dining and fine dining rooms, library, rooftop cocktail lounge and terrace, art studio, hair and beauty salon and a secluded courtyard garden.
Naturally, Loveday & Co. required a first-class smart access system for the building, and through its suppliers, it selected NSP Security to provide this. Befitting a location of this quality the premium NSP solution was the obvious choice and was provided in a bespoke finish aligned with the elegance of the build.
The NSP Security solution also provided Loveday & Co. with a software platform that enables its staff to manage and monitor how staff, suppliers and residents move around the building, helping to ensure security.
As the building neared completion, NSP Security was on-site to ensure that all doors and systems were fully working and that staff were comfortable using the system.
